By accessing or using the First Line Training Co website (firstlinetraining.com.au) or enrolling in any of our training courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Training Services
First Line Training Co provides nationally recognised first aid training courses. All courses are delivered by qualified paramedics. Course content, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Completion of a course does not guarantee any specific employment outcome.
3. Bookings and Payments
Course bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the course date are eligible for a full refund or transfer. Cancellations within 5 business days may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your circumstances.
5. Participant Requirements
Participants must meet any stated entry requirements for their chosen course. Some courses involve physical activity including kneeling, performing CPR compressions, and operating equipment. Participants with health concerns should consult their doctor before enrolling. First Line Training Co reserves the right to exclude a participant who is unable to safely complete the required practical components.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, and branding — is the property of First Line Training Co or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, First Line Training Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
